Biome Trust trained 140 ASHA workers and health inspectors from 18 PHCs around Mulbagal in water quality testing.

Water Walk at RWH Theme Park
As part of ‘Catch Every Drop’, Biome conducted a water walk for the public at the Sir M Visvesvaraya RWH Theme Park on March 2, 2013.

Biome Trust conducted a session on water for the I MBBS class of St John’s Medical College as part of their new ‘Health and Humanities’ program in Feb 2013.

11 Final Year Civil Engineering students along with their teacher visited different RWH installations on Feb 5, 2013.
RWH at SISA Kendra
Biome designed and implemented a rooftop RWH system at SISA Kendra school at Whitefield in 2012-13. This was followed by an interactive session with the students on the theme of RWH. The system is well maintained, and was found to be working well and providing 45% of the school’s water seven years later in 2019.
RWH at Jakkur Govt School
Biome designed and installed a rooftop RWH system at Jakkur Govt School with funding support from a corporate MNC. Interactive sessions with the students were also conducted to raise awareness about rainwater harvesting.
Water workshop at Brigade Gardenia
Biome Trust was asked to conduct a workshop on water management for kids and adults at Brigade Gardenia apartments, which was followed by water conservation awareness stalls put up on Republic Day.

Designing playspace at Mathru Educational Trust for the Blind
Biome architects in collaboration with Kilikili and Sanjay Singh, designed thoughtful and sensitive playspaces at SRMAB and Mathru Blind School with funding support from Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions.

‘Wat’er we doing’ a week-long workshop on water for children was organised by CMCA in collaboration with Biome and Ensyde. A film was made about the workshop.

Biome designed and installed a rooftop RWH system on the Govt Girls School, Vijayapura, with funding support from Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions in April 2012. The work was undertaken by Mr Ramakrishnappa.
